瑞妮齊薇格似乎很擅長詮釋這樣的角色：摩登實則不知世事、專業實則笨拙，
時常鬧出無法若無其事的笑話，
然而卻有著滿腔熱忱真心。
Lucy這個角色由她詮釋，變得很立體很有說服力，
導演用配件來塑造Lucy的人格特質，
這點的運鏡倒是與The Devil Wears Prada【穿著Prada的惡魔】很相似。
像是在機場拿行李時，那全套的香奈兒旅行箱組、
氣候嚴寒人人穿著雪衣雪靴的時候，她一身的套裝跟鞋，
都立刻讓人莞爾一笑，這就是個嬌嬌女呀。

與其說這是女性在艱困環境中奮鬥成功的勵志電影，
倒不如說是典型的浪漫愛情電影，
主軸雖是拯救產能不佳的工廠，
但其實並未著墨太多於工廠營運或是勞資溝通，
不知不覺原本和她對槓著的勞方，
就全都不反抗她了，
甚至願意信任她的決定，賭上一把。
哎，可憐這些工人，
出現在這部電影裡只是用來當男女主角戀愛戲的陪襯，
沒什麼交代就被消融了敵意，
站到了女主角這邊。

真正放比較大比率，其實是在Lucy初到鎮上來，
水土不服，又與部屬不親，所鬧出的各種笑話，
就是因為這部分被強調的太過份，
我才覺得Lucy搖身一變，成為工廠救星的這件事，
實在只能視為奇蹟或主角威能，
根本沒有邏輯也完全不合理。

不過算了，這又不是商業理論的電影，
也沒有觀眾想看資本主義背後運作的枯燥原理，
這些部份就用簡筆略略帶過就好了，
還是把劇情強調在情感交流的部份比較賣。

因為是抱持著想趕緊達成裁員目標就回邁阿密交差的關係，
Lucy一開始並不想花心力去了解工廠或員工，
只是擺了個高高的架子，宣稱一些艱澀的理論，
受到員工取笑後，就滿心以為對方在整她，
打從心底覺得這廠房不如趕緊消失的好。
即使這樣明顯的排拒態度，
她的秘書仍是極力的想把她當朋友，
主動為她邀來工會代表、送她自製的西米露、
邀她共進晚餐，甚至送了本手工剪貼簿當聖誕賀禮，
那種誠摯讓Lucy既感動又內疚，
才慢慢對明尼蘇達改了觀。

如果友情是Lucy變化的開端，
那麼愛情就是她付諸行動的動機了。
飽受打擊想逃回邁阿密的她，機場卻因大雪而關閉，
回住處的路上意外車子陷落雪堆，
這時，騎士出現了，將她從雪堆中拯救出來，
也讓她從冰封的心境被拉出來。
從這時候開始，她才發現這鎮上的人並非如她想像，
盡是群沒有利用價值又不服命令的人，
才開始在態度上做了調整改變。

然而公司的決策始終無法改變，
Lucy決定就算只靠自己的力量，
也要想出起死回生的辦法來，
導演在這裡給了個想法：
即使有可能失敗，寧可奮力一搏也不要坐以待斃。

這個想法很積極也很正確，
但不由得不說，在現實世界裡，
常常是奮力一搏也是一場空的，
無法像電影那樣完滿。

Tim went to a post office to send his mail. Suddenly, a man broke in with two guns who yelling to ask everybody down. On, no, this is a robber!
As this horrible situation happened, everyone was afraid to dead except Tim. He attacked the robber when the robber is too busy in collecting money to notice him.
Finally the bad guy had been caught by Tim. After sending to the police office, Tim finally could go home and ended this exciting day.
