2003年聖誕，有部耶誕應景電影Love Actually
(中譯：愛是您愛是我)
片中以數個溫情故事串起整個電影，
很浪漫也很感人。
電影中，小男孩愛上了性格強烈的美國女生，
這女孩是眾人目光的焦點，
甚至還是樂團主唱，
小男孩卻只是個退縮害羞的普通男生，
所以一直只是暗戀著。
後來他們有機會一起演出，
女孩就是演唱這首All I Want for Christmas is You，
唱到is You的時候，
女孩特地轉身指著他唱，
男孩正暗自狂喜的時候，
女孩又指著其他的每個人，唱is You了。
男孩的表情變化很經典，
我也因此開始留意到這首歌。

這首歌原唱是Mariah Carey，一經發表就大受歡迎，
所以後來也陸續出現翻唱版本。
旋律一開始是緩慢的清唱，
以富有感情的方式吟唱著，
強調不需要禮物或是其他的任何東西，
想要的聖誕節，
就只是和對方共度如此而已。

再來，旋律一變，
立刻變成鼓點明顯，節拍強烈的輕快歌曲，
曲風洋溢著歡樂熱情的氣氛，
好像一起共度的歡樂景象就在眼前展開，
是很有趣的表現方式。
